Refunds (Prior to Delivery)
You may request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order. Refund requests sent prior to delivery will only be considered within the 24 hour time period. Refunds (After Delivery)
Upon delivery of your order, you may request a return of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have elapsed since the delivery of your purchase, a return cannot be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
